Takamatsu-style technique: Inner diameter deep hole machining: Special conical round hole bush.
Solving chatter and chip issues during deep hole machining! Introduction of a special conical round hole bushing.
In internal diameter machining, when using standard round hole bushes, there may be a small gap between the workpiece and the internal diameter holder, which can prevent chips from being expelled outside. However, increasing the chip discharge path can lead to a larger "overhang ratio" of the holder, which can cause "chatter." In response to this issue, this document introduces a method using "conical round hole bushes." Please take a moment to read it.
